What is a Keeper?

A Keeper is someone who is a caretaker of another's belongings. It may be an actual item or a character trait, like personality and actions. Example: I am the keeper of Emily Starr's Violet Eyes. You can own anything she has.

Is it a Title?

If you wish it to be, yes.  You can wear the title anyway you like. 

What do I do with my Keeper?

Many like to list their items in their signatures or on their webpages.  Whatever you do is up to you! =)
