Judy Plum's Apple Cake

Apple Cake Ingredients and Directions:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup nuts

Mix dry ingredients.  Blend in egg and butter.  Mix in apples and nuts.  Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
